  • Superior Pet Service provides daily dog walks, pet sitting, overnight care, boarding, board and train, drop-in feedings, dog hiking and trainer-led enrichment sessions. We also offer meet and greets to ensure the perfect fit before bookings begin.

  • We are based in Erie and serve Erie, Frederick, Broomfield, Firestone and surrounding Colorado communities. If you are unsure whether you are in our service area, just reach out and we will confirm.

  • All services are booked through our Time To Pet client portal. Once your profile is created, you can request services, adjust dates, send messages, and receive updates. We can assist with setup if needed.

  • Yes. Meet and greets allow us to learn about your pet’s routine, behavior and needs, and answer any questions you may have. It also helps your pet get comfortable with us. Meet and greets require a small consultation fee that goes toward the sitter’s time.

  • Your walker arrives during your scheduled window. Walks include GPS tracking, notes, and photos through the Time To Pet app so you can see how your dog did and where they walked.

  • We currently do not take weekend bookings for certain services, including walks and training. Boarding and board and train availability may vary. If you have a special request, message us and we will see if we can accommodate.

  • Yes. We are experienced with structured feeding routines, pill pockets, eye drops, and other basic medication needs. If your pet requires more complex medical care, contact us first to discuss.

  • Boarding includes structured playtime, potty breaks, indoor rest, and plenty of photos and updates. Add-ons such as enrichment, training sessions, or stuffed Kongs can be added depending on your pet’s needs.

  • Board and train is a training program where your dog stays with us and receives daily professional training focused on manners, leash work, confidence or specific goals. We provide progress updates and go-home instructions so training continues successfully after the program.

  • Yes. We love working with puppies. We offer a mix of structure, socialization, enrichment and crate training. Puppy board and train is a popular option.

  • Invoices are handled through Time To Pet. Clients can pay directly through the portal. Cards can also be stored on file for automatic billing. Payments are typically processed on Fridays so staff can be paid on schedule.

  • Most clients use door codes, garage codes, or smart locks. Keys can be used if preferred. We keep all keys labeled and secured for safety.

  • Yes. We are professionally insured for pet sitting and dog walking for the safety of your pets, your home, and our team.

  • We do our best to maintain consistency because pets thrive with routine. If your primary sitter becomes unavailable, we communicate with you before assigning a secondary team member.

  • Holidays and peak travel dates fill quickly. For standard pet sitting or boarding, we recommend booking as soon as you know your travel dates. Training programs and board and train should be reserved in advance due to limited spots.

  • Cancellations vary depending on service type. Message us for specifics if you need more details.

  • Just notify us through Time To Pet or by phone. If we have availability, we will continue caring for your pet until you return.

  • Case by case. We are experienced with shy, anxious, and high-energy dogs. Aggression, bite history, or reactivity requires an evaluation before booking.

  • Create your profile on Time To Pet, schedule a meet and greet, and we will take care of the rest.
